Dear Tom,

Sometimes it's easier for some people to express their feelings on paper than it is face to face.  I happen to be one of those people.  I've known you for four years now.  And through it all we have shared both the laughter and the pain that his life has given us.  I love you like a brother, and I cherish our friendship deeply.  And I can honestly say that you, Thomas Michael Hubbard are my best friend, and that I sincerely hope that we can remain friends the rest of our life and into the next one.  You've been a blessing to me, and I thank God that he brought you into my life when he did.  Even though our busy schedules and distance may keep us apart, there will always be a special bond that is and always will be inseparable.
